Since its founding in 1988, the Houston Hardball League has established itself as Houston's premier adult men's baseball organization, dedicated to providing competitive, high-quality hardball on a consistent year-round basis. The league attracts a diverse membership of business professionals from all walks of life, including former professional players, collegiate standouts, high school stars, coaches with extensive baseball knowledge, and passionate everyday athletes who simply love the game. What unites all these players is their shared commitment to playing authentic, competitive baseball at the highest level possible.

Objectives & Level Of Play By Division
Open Sunday Division (18+) - Fall 2026
This division requires all players to turn 18 years of age or older during the calendar year.
- 10 League games
- Single Elimination Playoffs (All teams)
- All wood bat
- Games played on Sundays
- Games played at combination of Gene Campbell Park, Meyer Park, and Klein Forest HS
- Championship Rings and Manager Trophy
- MSBL Membership and Benefits
- HS/College level Umpires from TASO
- All-Star Game
- $295 per player (Excludes personal equipment)
- Season starts August 2nd
Weeknight Division (25+) - Fall 2026
This division requires all players to turn 25 years of age or older during the calendar year.
- 12 League games
- Double Elimination Tournament (All teams)
- All wood bat
- Games played weeknights at 7:30pm Mon-Thur at Anderson Park
- Championship Rings and Manager Trophy
- MSBL Membership and Benefits
- HS/College level Umpires from TASO
- $295 per player (Excludes personal equipment)
- Season Starts Week of August 24th
35+ Sunday Division - Fall 2026
This division requires all players to turn 35 years of age or older during the calendar year.
- 10 League games
- Single Elimination Playoffs (All teams)
- All wood bat
- Games played on Sundays
- Games played at combination of Gene Campbell Park, Meyer Park, and Klein Forest HS
- Championship Rings and Manager Trophy
- MSBL Membership and Benefits
- HS/College level Umpires from TASO
- All-Star Game
- One Father/Son pair allowed
- $295 per player (Excludes personal equipment)
- Season starts August 2nd
55+ Sunday Division - Fall 2026
This division requires all players to turn 55 years of age or older during the calendar year.
- 8 League games
- Single Elimination Playoffs (All teams)
- All wood bat
- Games played on Sundays
- Games played at combination of Morton Ranch HS and Klein Forest HS
- Championship Rings and Manager Trophy
- MSBL Membership and Benefits
- HS/College level Umpires from TASO
- $295 per player (Excludes personal equipment)
- Season Starts August 2nd
