DFW Aliens win the Texas Cup Championship!

DFW Aliens Baseball brought home the hardware! Founded in 2018 by Pitcher/Manager Stephen Michalek, the squad still features three originals: Michalek, LF Anthony Nava, and C/Manager Justin Stanley.

This weekend the Aliens went 3-1 in Round Robin, then outlasted the Houston Cyclones in a back-and-forth Championship Game, winning 10-7.

MVP Abraham Tenorio (3B/SS, one year with the team) hit .600 with a 1.565 OPS, 4 runs, and 5 RBIs — including the go-ahead run in Game 2 vs. the Outlaws. On championship day, batting leadoff, he went 2-for-3 with a triple, 2 runs, and 2 RBIs.
